I was taking 50mg of Unisom and 100mg of B6 every night for weeks?

I was taking melatonin daily before pregnancy and was told by my ob to stop taking it once I confirmed pregnancy. She's been nauseous all day for the past 3 weeks or so (we're just entering week 9 of pregnancy now). My doc had me on 2 tablets at night, 1 in the morning and 1 late afternoon.
